HUMAN RESOURSES FUNCTIONS
Our Human Resources Management is designed to establish and monitor policies, rules and procedures concerning staff.

Human Resources play a leading role in the prevention, maintenance and improvement of health and hygiene, as a dynamic entity of the following functions related to personnel administration:

Selection Training Classification
Compensation Promotions Development
Social security Relationships Communications


To successfully tackle the process of continuous improvement, we follow a synthesis of three variables:

By means of a system that allows us to have:

     Skilled workers trained to fulfill their tasks effectively, able to detect and
       control defects that may arise in the different processes.
