Our Human Resources cover all aspects relating to different jobs, taking into account the following steps:

POSITIONS DESIGN

•    Directed to the specifications of the position’s or title’s goals than that of enumerating tasks or activities.
•    Includes role improvement and control, quality of service, subject to permanent changes
      and modifications in order to suit the needs of our customers.
•    The hours and workloads are designed according with the National Labor Law.

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

•    Our training is aimed towards the development, improvement, control and maintenance of the various working
      teams in SPS and our clients, taking always into account the operation and the tasks.
      
•    Allows trained skilled workers to rotate through different jobs, this provides flexibility and increases
      adaptability to changes in structure.
